Gustav has found the right track
EL SD-45 at Mission Street

Here is the final version of this diorama on the New England & Erie RR. All the detailing I care to do here is done. The link below should take you to the photo on my FTP site. Once the photo opens completely, click on the photo to bring it up to full size and enjoy. My newly-acquired Bachmann SD-45 is slowly pulling a through freight past this gritty part of town.

Looks terrific!
I thought you where going N gauge?

Or were you selling the HO?

Maybe I got you confused with someone else.

Got anymore to show us?

Please do.

G'day Ed,

Yes, I do plan on incorporating my N scale equipment into my ceiling layout, but I have to wait until our home addition is finished. I did not leave sufficient room on the living room section of the layout for any more track since, at the time I built it, I wasn't planning on running both scales on the ceiling layout.

By next winter, I will be laying both HO and N scale track as I extend the ceiling layout into the new den and studio. I hope to design a layout in which both scales can run side by side, N scale about four inches higher and in the background (forced perspective) and HO in the foreground or, along some walls, only one or the other scale will be visible at any given time.

Stay tuned.

I am sure it will look great!

Can't wait to see the pictures.
